SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Auto Repair at The Hive Customer Care Messages text message program operated by Auto Repair At The Hive LLC (“Auto Repair at The Hive”), 306 E Veatch St, Moscow, ID 83843.

Auto Repair at The Hive Customer Care Messages

When you agree to receive service texts from Auto Repair at The Hive, we may send you messages about your vehicle and service, including:

• appointment confirmations and reminders
• vehicle inspection results
• repair estimates and authorization requests
• vehicle status and service updates
• service completion and pickup notifications
• customer support conversations

These messages do not include offers, discounts, or advertising.

How you agree to receive texts

Enrollment is voluntary. We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.

Before we send you text messages, we will ask for your agreement and tell you who we are, what kinds of messages we send, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to reply STOP or HELP.

Giving us your phone number, for example to schedule service or on a repair order, does not by itself sign you up for marketing or promotional texts. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No promotional messages

This program sends only the service messages listed above. It does not send promotional or marketing messages. If we ever offer promotional texts, we will ask for your separate consent first.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Auto Repair at The Hive does not charge for text messages.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then you will receive no further texts from that number unless you agree again. You can also opt out by calling (208) 596-4469 or emailing service-moscow@hivemotorgroup.com.

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (208) 596-4469 or service-moscow@hivemotorgroup.com.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information.
